Egg Curry Recipe


  • 8 Nos Boiled Eggs, peeled
  • 100 ml Cooking Oil
  • 2 Nos Green Chillies, chopped
  • 2 tbsp Ginger Onion paste
  • 2 tbsp Tomato puree
  • 1 pinch Turmeric powder
  • 2 Tbsp JBL Egg Curry Masala
  • 2 Tbsp Butter
  • Water As required
  • 2 Tbsp Coriander, chopped.


  1. Heat oil in a pan and fry the eggs golden brown.
  2. In the remaining oil add black cumin.
  3. When it crackles add ginger onion paste and green chillies.
  4. Sauté for a minute and cook till onions are golden brown in colour.
  5. Make of Paste of JBL Egg Curry Masala with a little luke warm water.
  6. Add tomato puree and cook for 3-4 minutes.
  7. Add JBL Egg curry paste, salt and cook for 2 more minutes or until oil floats on surface.
  8. Add water and cook again for 5 minutes.
  9. Add boiled eggs and cook for two minutes.
  10. Finish with butter and chopped coriander.
  11. Remove in a bowl and serve hot garnished with ginger Juliennes, green chilli juliennes and coriander sprig.
