Ingredients
- 8 Nos Boiled Eggs, peeled
- 100 ml Cooking Oil
- 2 Nos Green Chillies, chopped
- 2 tbsp Ginger Onion paste
- 2 tbsp Tomato puree
- 1 pinch Turmeric powder
- 2 Tbsp JBL Egg Curry Masala
- 2 Tbsp Butter
- Water As required
- 2 Tbsp Coriander, chopped.
Preparation
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the eggs golden brown.
- In the remaining oil add black cumin.
- When it crackles add ginger onion paste and green chillies.
- Sauté for a minute and cook till onions are golden brown in colour.
- Make of Paste of JBL Egg Curry Masala with a little luke warm water.
- Add tomato puree and cook for 3-4 minutes.
- Add JBL Egg curry paste, salt and cook for 2 more minutes or until oil floats on surface.
- Add water and cook again for 5 minutes.
- Add boiled eggs and cook for two minutes.
- Finish with butter and chopped coriander.
- Remove in a bowl and serve hot garnished with ginger Juliennes, green chilli juliennes and coriander sprig.
