Refund & Return Policy

At Navanya, we take utmost care in packaging and shipping our products.

Due to the nature of food and consumable items, we do not accept returns once the product has been delivered.

However, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund in the following cases:

• The product was damaged during transit
• You received the wrong item
• The package was tampered with upon delivery

To request a replacement or refund:

• Email us at support@jblspices.com within 48 hours of delivery
• Share clear photos of the product and outer packaging
• Mention your order number

After verification, we will process a replacement or refund within 5–7 business days.

Navanya reserves the right to decline requests that do not meet the above conditions.
