We currently ship orders across India.

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next working day.

Delivery Time
Once shipped, orders are typically delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on the delivery location. Metro cities may receive orders sooner, while remote areas may take slightly longer.

Shipping Charges

A flat shipping fee of ₹79 is applicable on orders below ₹1199.
We offer free shipping on orders above ₹1199.

Shipping charges are inclusive of applicable taxes.

Order Tracking
After your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation message with tracking details, so you can follow your order’s journey.

Delays
While we strive to deliver orders within the estimated timeline, delivery dates are indicative and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather conditions, logistical challenges, regional restrictions, courier disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control. Navanya shall not be held liable for such delays once the order has been handed over to the shipping partner.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged product or an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with order details and clear photographs at [support@jblspices.com]. We’ll make it right.
